Longevity Project Australia™
Our Mission
Last year alone there was over 5.5 million years of healthy life lost in Australia attributed to chronic disease or musculoskeletal pain. These aren’t just numbers; they’re a reflection of lives and livelihoods being prematurely cut short. We’re on a mission to change that narrative.
Our mission is straightforward: Reduce the number of years of healthy life lost due to premature and preventable disability and death.
We aim to equip you with the tools to prevent, significantly delay the onset or even reverse chronic diseases and musculoskeletal conditions. It’s not just about adding years to your life; we want to add life to those years!

Longevity Project Australia™
We're Different
The term “Longevity” signifies the ability to last for a long time, and “Project” represents a carefully planned initiative aimed at achieving a particular goal.
We believe that age is inevitable, but “getting old” is optional. You have the power to prevent, delay, and even reverse this process!
The old school approach to medicine has stopped working. It’s extended our lives but it hasn’t made them any better. We’re getting older faster and spending more years in poor health with diminished ability.
Medicine 2.0 = Reactive. Wait until you’re sick, patch you up and send you packing. It exists to prevent death, manage disease and suppress symptoms.
Medicine 3.0 (Our Approach) = Proactive and preventative. We don’t wait until you’re sick we start today using the 5 main pillars of preventative medicine:
- Exercise (Movement)
- Nutrition (Fuel)
- Sleep & Stress Management
- Social Connection
- Supplements
Longevity Project Australia™
The Problem
We’re in the midst of an inactivity crisis that’s accelerating age-related struggles at an alarming rate. While modern medicine has extended our average lifespan, it hasn’t improved our average healthspan—the years lived without disease or disability. In other words, we’re living longer but not necessarily healthier. Science tells us we’re getting older, younger.
We call them the Hateful Eight (Tarantino reference). A mixture of musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions that are the biggest contributors to functional decline and early death.
- Back Pain (Largest global cause of disability)
- Arthritis (Joint pain)
- Osteoporosis (Bone weakening)
- Sarcopenia (Muscle loss)
- Cardiovascular Disease (Stroke / Heart Attack)
- Neurodegenerative Disease (Dementia / Alzheimer’s)
- Cancers (All varieties)
- Metabolic Disorders (Diabetes / Fatty Liver / Insulin Sensitivity)
